“Spectrum” by Low Bros

A recent art exhibit by the Low Bros featured the use of UV light tubes in a piece called “Spectrum” meant towards raising awareness about malignant melanoma. In order to view the exhibit, visitors need protective suits. I find this exhibit really interesting in terms of the practical use of UV light tubes of acting like the Sun in that it can be dangerous without the use of these suits and in terms of visual use that it looks like the Sun radiating out these potentially harmful rays. It also looks sort of similar to the flare tool in Illustrator.
